On March 24, 2026 the Aston Ambulance Authority held a swearing in ceremony for our inaugural team members.
Present at the ceremony were staff members, including 19 paramedics. These advanced life support providers will staff 2 ALS Chase Cars 24/7.
At the time of its inception the Aston Ambulance Authority’s leadership team consists of Bruce Egan, Chief of EMS and Dr. Evan Lynn MD, agency Medical Director.
Our department HQ / Admin offices are located at the Aston Twp Municipal Building.
Inaugural Municipalities are: Aston Township, Lower Chichester Township, Marcus Hook Borough and Trainer Borough. Paramedic units operated by the Authority have been assigned the unit number “181” – Unit 181-A will be located in Aston Twp. Unit 181-B will be located in Marcus Hook Borough.
We look forward to providing professional Paramedic coverage for years to come.

On April 1, 2026 the Aston Ambulance Authority was placed into service and began responding to calls for service.
