Public Meetings
As a municipal authority, Aston Ambulance Authority meetings are open to the public. These meetings occur on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 5PM. Meetings are located at the Aston Township Municipal Building, 3264 Concord Road, Aston PA 19014.
Right To Know (RTK)
Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law provides for access by citizens to public records and documents. Records are presumed to be public records unless disclosure is exempt by: (1) state or federal law or regulation; (2) judicial order; (3) privilege, e.g., attorney-client; or (4) one of the exceptions in Section 708 of the Right-to-Know Law. As the Aston Ambulance Authority is a municipal authority, many records regarding the organization are subject to this law.
Right-to-Know requestors are reminded to make sure that when filing a Right-To-Know request, you are seeking records and not just asking questions.
To file a Right-to-Know request regarding the Aston Ambulance Authority , please use the Standard Request Form made available by the Pennsylvania Open Records Office.
